Job Summary
Talent Acquisition Leader: The Talent Acquisition Leader is responsible for developing and implementing a cohesive staffing and talent acquisition strategy to attract and select highly skilled and motivated talent for Morton Salt. This role is responsible for implementing a talent acquisition strategy to ensure Morton Salt has the right people, in the right place, at the right time to implement its strategic initiatives and functional priorities. The TA Leader will provide a focal point of contact between the human resources team and the internal clients HR supports. The successful candidate will be able to operate in an evolving HR structure and work across boundaries collaboratively, seamlessly, and effortlessly.
Duties and Responsibilities
A list of the principal functions of the job to include an action-oriented description of each activity along with the desired outcome against which some measurement of performance can be applied.
+ Develop and lead the TA strategy for talent acquisition and workforce planning to include partnering with leadership to forecast current and anticipated talent needs.
+ Manage end to end process for critical management and executive level roles.
+ Champion inclusion and diversity in the recruitment process, delivering a Morton Salt brand worthy candidate experience.
+ Build key recruitment analytic reporting (to include trends, time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and sourcing effectiveness) that enhances the TA strategy and drives the contributions of the TA function.
+ Negotiate contracts with vendors (Indeed, LinkedIn, Employment Agencies, etc) to achieve the best pricing and return on investment.
+ Develop and execute a campus recruiting strategy (to include Universities, Trade School, High School, and Military partnerships).
+ Develop recruiting collateral and resources that supports the Morton salt company mission and vision.
+ In partnership with HR and Culture peers, enrich the company brand on social media (i.e., LinkedIn, Glassdoor etc) by evaluating current positioning and implementing ideas to further strengthen the company’s ability to attract high-quality candidates.
+ Educate hiring managers on sound and successful hiring processes (interviewing techniques, selection decisions, offer strategies etc).
+ Ensure compliance to Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), affirmative action regulations and other applicable US and state laws;

EXPERIENCE
+ Completion of a four-year degree program in a related field.
+ 5+ years experience managing talent acquisition and full cycle recruitment in Industrial or Manufacturing Industry.
+ experience conducting competency and behavioral based interviews.
+ Expert knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems.
+ High-volume recruitment experience in a multi-site environment preferred.
+ Experience developing and executing sourcing methodologies to include market mapping, recruitment strategies and Boolean searches.
