Full Job Description

The CDL Training Academy is seeking an Admissions recruiters to work for our driving school supporting recruitment and enrollment processes. The individual will provide information to prospective students about the institution and admission exams, organize publicity events, create communications materials, and advocate for their school on various site locations.

As an admissions recruiter, you will be in direct contact with students daily signing up for our 4 week CDL Class. You will carry out administrative and publicity tasks with an in-depth knowledge of admission policies and requirements.

It will be your job to implement a recruitment strategy, finding the best channels and opportunities to spread the word about our CDL School and attract talent. You will have to be available over the phone, answer emails, talk to students and their families, and build relationships with institutions that host your target audience, like high schools or youth centers in the area.

• Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and/or 4 years of admission recruiter experience.

Desired Qualifications

• Experience working in a customer service environment.
• Experience with university admissions process.
• Ability to present in a large group setting.
• Ability to analyze data and learn new technology.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour
