Clear Harbor is are looking for a professional Instructional Designer to design and develop learning and practicing experiences. The goal is to facilitate learners in acquiring knowledge, skills and competencies in an effective and appealing manner.
Responsibilities
 Create exercises, activities and games with supporting material and media that enhance the learning process.
 Assess impact of training initiatives with employees, using tests, quizzes, and observational matrices assist in the design, development, and delivery of appropriate interventions to learning gaps.
 Manage learning technologies such as Quia, Eskill, Survey Monkey and the Trainer Scorecard in addition to maintaining training documentation and course folders on network shared drives for key stakeholder access.
 Review and improve effectiveness of client and internal curricula by conducting needs analysis, gap analysis, delivering feedback, and generating alternative approaches for improved learning outcomes.
 Report curricula results, providing comparison context for trainer delivery, ramp vs BAU effectiveness, and top learning outcome misses for continuous improvement.
 Communicate internally and externally to client contacts regarding the Clear Learning process, Clear Mastery, and Agent Optimization.

QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION / CERTIFICATION
 Masters or Bachelor’s degree preferred; associate degree required.
 Certification in Adult Education, Instructional Design, Learning Technology preferred.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE
 Advanced knowledge of adult education and motivation best practices.
 Advanced knowledge of training, facilitation, and adult learning principles.
 Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Operating Systems.
 Advanced knowledge of content creation software, including Rise.com and Articulate 360
 Intermediate knowledge of Evaluating Learning using Kirkpatrick Model.
 Intermediate knowledge of Bloom’s Taxonomy of Learning.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
 Minimum 2 years of Call Center training experience with 1 years’ experience in Quality, Training, or Operations leadership
 Minimum 3 years proven success in creating, facilitating, and presenting information to Director level or higher in formal, face-to-face forums.
 Minimum 5 years’ experience with using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Power Point and Word.
 Minimum 5 years’ experience in creating active learning training experiences.

 Able to organize, coordinate, and direct projects
 Very strong oral and written communication skills
 Proficiency with O365
 Proficiency with Rise.com
 Proficiency with Articulate 360
 Strong Word and PowerPoint skills
 Ability to present data to senior level contacts
 Ability to handle multiple priorities and projects concurrently
 Flexibility and the ability to work productively under deadlines
 Creative in the development and presentation of training programs
 Ability to create strong relationships and network within internal organizations
 Takes direction well, consistently punctual, and highly detail oriented.
TRAVEL  Must be available to travel throughout the Eastern Caribbean region and within the United States as needed. Anticipated travel is approximately one trip per quarter.
