Randstad USA Hiring for Lab Systems Support/Level 3 at Norwood, MA(remote) Full Time

The ideal candidate will support the design, delivery, and administration of software solutions for the Technical Development organization. The role will be accountable for key technical activities primarily managing Chromatography Data System (Chromeleon) and its components and also the integration of process/analytical equipment with data management systems including historian, SDMS (Scientific Data Management System) along with the configuration/customization of a custom-built experiment execution system.

Overall job responsibilities:

This person will be fielding trouble tickets onsite in the labs. On average the person will field 5-6 high level issues for users. Most tickets are resolved in 24hrs, These are IT focused system issues.

The CDS system they are using is Chromeleon. This is HIGHLY preferred however given the fact that this person will be onsite 5 days a week from 8-5 they are willing to look at people with other CDS systems if they are a master of best practices within the resolution of lab instrumentation on the system side. Specifically working with HPLC (high performance liquid chromatography) .

Must haves:

HPLC enterprise system knowledge.

SQL database workflow and basic database knowledge as it relates to Chromeleon CDS, or the specific CDS system in which they have been supporting. They wont need to write high level SQL but sequence table, reports, imports etc as they relate to workstation issues.

Must have proven knowledge of SQL server and AWS network communications.

Focus on the digital side of CDS and HPLC support. It is not hardware instrument support. It is digital support of systems running the hardware. Chromeleon is highly desired
