Volt Technical Resources is seeking an E learning developer and instructor that is fully remote for an industry leader in their field. The Client Training Instructor is responsible for designing, developing, and conducting training activities to meet internal and client needs. This role will be instrumental in developing content for improving skillsets across all accounts.
Essential Functions:

• Create an unforgettable learning experience.
• Increase the knowledge of our client facing employees for both hard and soft skills.
• Design, plan, organize training activities and/or programs for employees.
• Design and deliver classroom, virtual presentations, and on-the-job training to both technical and support personnel.
• Present information using a variety of instructional techniques or formats, such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, or lectures.

Required Education, Knowledge, and Experience:

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent; College degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
• Must have a minimum of 2-5 years’ experience developing and delivering both in person and virtual training in a corporate environment.
• Experience using eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate, Rise, Storyline, Captivate, Lesson only.
• Experience using the ADDIE model to develop training curriculum.
• Experience delivering virtual training via a video conference tool such as Teams or Zoom.
