Position Purpose: Develop, analyze, and execute accounting and finance functions. Prepare managerial reports, financial reports, and general ledger.

Assist in preparation of quarterly and annual SEC filings and related XBRL submissions, including consolidated financial statements, footnotes, and MD&A disclosures as well as 8-K filings and registration statements
Review public filings for technical compliance
Interact effectively with individuals in other departments and business units, including upper management
Assist in maintaining documentation of procedures/processes in conjunction with Sarbanes-Oxley 404 compliance
Conduct special studies, develop, or recommend enhancements to accounting methods and procedures.

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. Master’s degree preferred. 3+ years of accounting or finance experience, preferably in public accounting or healthcare industry.

License/Certification: CPA / Certified Public Accountant preferred.
