Aux IT Solutions Hiring for IT Support Job at Bournemouth, England Full Time

We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Support Technician to join our Education-focused support team.

We are looking for someone with fantastic customer service and a keen interest in technology and computing. Training will be provided, and we are looking for someone who can deal with customers in a face-to-face setting and provide friendly technical support.

This role involves going to customer sites to provide IT Support, either in a team or individually (once trained).

This role is a 3-month role, with a view to extend, until January 2023.

We Are Looking For Someone Who;

* Can provide support on Windows based operating systems, laptops and computers.

* Can provide support on android and/or iOS based platforms

* Is comfortable in helping users face-to-face, explaining tech in a clear way, and who is naturally helpful in delivering information

* Has natural troubleshooting skills

* Is open to training in a range of software and skills in the technology sector

For this post we are open to flexible hour requirements, should they be necessary.

Applicants must be willing to be enhanced DBS checked, be eligible to work within the UK and have valid UK driving license.

Job Types: Temporary contract, Full-time

Salary: £10.00 per hour
