Job Summary/Company: Sparks Group has partnered with a leading Radiology Business Management Company that is seeking an Education Coordinator for a contract to hire position. Do you have 2-4 years of experience in the Educational Field? Are you an excellent communicator that is highly motivated? Responsibilities:

• Actively participate in planning and executing in person and online events
• Provide technical support to on-demand course registrant as needed support to the meetings
• Participate as lead staff on webinars using the Zoom platform
• Tracks and creates all reports and summarizes data related to education programs
• Prepares all onsite education related materials
• Prepares and launces post surveys, manages the reminder process and compiles final results
• Maintain schedules for webinars and speakers
• Additional tasks and duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Background Profile:

• Familiarity with healthcare is a plus
• Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette.
• Strong working knowledge of all Microsoft Programs (Will be assessed), Zoom, iMIS, Digitec, and Google tools
• 2-4 years experience in the educational field.
• Must live in Maryland, Virginia, Washington DC, Florida, Texas, Tennessee, Massachusetts, Missouri, Ohio, or North Carolina
