Hawkwood Partners Hiring for Talent Acquisition Manager Job at Remote Full Time

Hawkwood are excited to be partnering with an exciting marketing start-up whose clients are the biggest tech names in the world.

Due to their phenomenal growth, our client is looking for an ambitious and driven Talent Acquisition Manager to join the HR team. Your role will be primarily focussing on making Marketing hires on behalf of their incredible clients. Please note, this is also a fully remote role.

The role:

• Liaising with Account Managers and Hiring Managers of some of the best technology companies in the world for new hiring requirements.




• Strategising, creating and executing a fine-tuned hiring process, which delivers quality results.




• Conducting interviews/screening calls and administering psychological tests with some of the most exciting talent in Marketing.




• Building a pipeline of top tier Marketing candidates through world-class relationship management.




• Scheduling interviews with Hiring Managers and candidates.




• Negotiating fees/contracts and offer management.




• Creating ISAs and SOWs.




• Analysing data to create KPI reports. You can use this data to improve your performance in future.

About you:

• Will have at least 4 years of in-depth 360 recruitment experience – either agency or in-house, preferably both.




• Will have experience in recruiting specifically Marketing roles ( i.e. Field Marketing, Product Marketing, Data Analysts, Marketing Project Managers, Marketing Automation, Business Analysts, and Operations Managers.)




• Can prioritise well and can manage multiple clients, projects and searches at any given time.




• Have excellent senior stakeholder and client relationship management experience.




• Have used an array of sourcing softwares and techniques.




• Are driven, hungry and passionate about both tech and marketing.




• Have exceptionally strong communication skills – both verbally and written.




• Have a proven track record of successful recruitment experience and hires.




• Are a self-starter, autonomous and take ownership of your work and performance.
