TOSHI is the market leader in the luxury last mile. We partner with the world’s best brands to offer an elevated, client-scheduled delivery, as well as the ability to bring the dressing room experience directly to the client, at home and on-demand. Our network of trained Assistants will bring the client the items they want, within 30-60 mins delivery slots, at a time scheduled by the client. While at the client’s home, our Assistant can wait whilst the client tries the items on, and return any unwanted items back to the store – providing hassle-free shopping for the client and brand. Our best-in-class technology integrates with the brand systems to schedule our network of Assistants via our proprietary TOSHI app.

TOSHI currently has offices in London and New York, and plans to expand into additional cities – including Los Angeles and Paris – in 2023.

Recruitment

We are looking to hire a Talent Associate to support the Chief Commercial Officer. This is a new full-time role for the company, with the opportunity to create the formula to roll out the function globally.

The objective of this role will be to lead and own the recruitment strategy and execution for the TOSHI Assistant Network in the UK, focusing on:

• Sourcing candidates via most effective channels
• Interviewing suitable candidates
• Managing hiring and contract process
• Analysis of ROI and budget

Sourcing

• Design and implement TOSHI Experience Assistant Network recruitment strategy
• Partner with Training and Development / Ops / Brand stakeholders to define ideal candidate profiles and job specifications based on data and feedback
• Partner with internal stakeholders to define recruitment needs – immediate and future – and execute accordingly

• Advertise the role, posting on to various recruitment and social websites
• Manage external recruitment agencies as necessary
• Increase percentage of direct recruitments in Network
• Lead referral program, including incentivisation
• Identify suitable candidates for interview process
• Propose and manage budget, based on ROI analysis
• Lead the college and graduate recruitment strategy and initiatives

• Explore new opportunities to reach qualified candidates, thinking out of the box

Interviews

• Lead initial interview with candidate
• Inspire candidates with the vision and scope of TOSHI
• Clearly articulate the Assistant role at TOSHI, emphasising the crucial nature of the position, and the opportunities offered by the role
• Answer questions regarding specifics of the Network and the role
• Careful evaluation of the candidate’s suitability, based on pre-existing metrics and characteristics
• Recommend candidates for second interview, as necessary
• Maintaining “warm list’ of candidates

Hiring

• Drafting the offer letter for all new Network hires
• Checking criminal and driver records, ensuring all background checks and relevant forms are completed
• Managing the contract process for all new Network hires

Analysis

• Monitor recruitment spending across channels
• Measure ROI of investment vs hires
• Propose budget spends based on business requirements
• Work with internal stakeholders to align recruitment costs and candidate costs with gross margin requirements
• Support internal stakeholders (Training & Development, Operations) to evaluate, assess and manage the Network, maintaining standards of excellence in the Network
• Analyse end to end workflow and continually optimise process

Our ideal candidate will have at least five years’ recruitment experience, preferably in a retail / fashion / lifestyle start up
– Fluent in English, additional languages a plus
– 3+ years of experience in Recruitment (Training a plus)
– Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
– Strong writing and communications skills
– Extremely well-organised
– Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Docs, including Excel
– Self starter, organised and detail-oriented

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to £28,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

• Shepherds Bush: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
