Circare Hiring for Staff Accountant Job at Syracuse, NY Full Time

Full Time opportunity for an experienced Staff Accountant to join our team. The Staff Accountant will have daily, monthly, and annual duties. Primary responsibilities are outlined below.

Primary Job Responsibilities include:

· General Ledger account reconciliations

· Expense allocation maintenance in Accounting Software

· Bank & Investment Statement Reconciliations

· Annual Budgets

· Assist CFO and Accounting Manager with Cost reporting

· Prepare schedules for annual Fiscal audit

· Maintain Fixed Asset schedules

· Participate in monthly Financial Statement preparations

· Back-up Jr Accountant

· Ad Hoc duties, projects and reporting – as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree – Accounting with two years of experience preferred; OR
• Associate degree – Accounting with more than five years of GL Reconciliation experience
