Hydro Cleansing Hiring for Finance Manager Job at Croydon, England Full Time

The Company:

Hydro Cleansing Ltd (HCL) a leading provider of Environmental Services in London and the South East, offering a fast, responsive and highly effective service including CCTV drainage inspection and surveying, drain and sewer maintenance, waste management, confined space and emergency response.

We currently have an urgent requirement for an experience Finance Manager to join our growing team in the Croydon area.

Role/ Responsibilities:

The Finance Manager will be responsible for the following areas of the business.

• Preparation of a full pack of monthly management and financial accounts including profit & loss, balance sheets, cash flow and statutory accounting.

• Managing the budgeting & forecasting process including the introduction of robust analysis tools
• Cash flow monitoring and reporting
• Working with the business development team to ensure the business maximises revenue opportunities
• Defining and delivering the long-term financial objectives of the Company
• Working closely with the management team to ensure business and financial objectives are met
• Identification and development of areas for improvement in the use of resources across finance & commercial management

Attributes:

The Finance Manager will be a qualified accountant with a proven commercial track record, with an ability to strategically direct a high-growth business from a financial perspective.

You will be reporting directly to the Group Financial Controller providing the highest standards of corporate governance with a track record in delivering innovative solutions to complex, long-term challenges.

Requirements:

• Fully Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
• Ability to work to agreed deadlines
• Excellent organisational, time management and decision making skills
• Working knowledge of Sage 50

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £50,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
