Tailored Management Hiring for Talent Acquisition Sourcer Job at Remote Full Time

Our purpose is to attract, recruit, and develop exceptional and diverse emerging talent, building a pipeline and bench of future leaders and innovators at Netflix. You will have an opportunity to play a role in sourcing top intern and new grad talent.

This will be a 6 month contract with possibility for extension depending on business need.

What You’ll Do:

• Source: You’ll utilize not just LinkedIn but deeper sourcing techniques and strategies to find pools of talent. You’ll apply those skills to sourcing for under-represented groups and value building a diverse and wide pipeline of talent.
• Evaluate: You’ll screen candidates and evaluate a candidate’s technical skill set and match it to the right role. You’ll utilize those screens to determine motivations, interests and a candidate’s values and make decisions on their fit into our unique “freedom and responsibility” culture.
• Prioritize: You’ll own and juggle multiple requisitions and balance moving quickly with a great candidate experience. You’ll use your own judgement on how to best organize, prioritize and execute in a fast paced environment.

You are:

• Passionate about emerging talent and have previous experience working with this talent pool
• Obsessed with the candidate experience and will go above and beyond to set students up for success
• Curious; researching student market trends with the ability to translate back to the business
• Comfortable managing large pipelines of candidates for multiple years
• Energized by an ambiguous, ever-changing, fast-paced environment; are a natural problem solver and have an entrepreneurial mindset
• Self-motivated and directed; collaborating is a must, but you will be autonomous and expected to succeed without a ton of direction
• Proactive; taking initiative and follow-through is a must
• Accustomed to multitasking and meeting multiple, tight deadlines

Pay: $65.00 – $80.00 per hour
