Human Resources – Talent Acquisition Recruiter

Job Summary:
RATP Dev USA is seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to source candidates through various channels, planning interviews and selection procedures.
Essential Functions / Process Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned as necessary:
· Coordinate with Human Resources Manager and hiring managers to identify staffing needs
· Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
· Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
· Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
· Design and manage recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, screening calls, interviews etc.)
· Review employment applications and background check reports
· Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future
opportunities
· Administer and submit all hiring paperwork for new employees
Preferred Education and Experience:
· Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
· Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks
· Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
· Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
· BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field work for a minimum of 3+ years
