While SHSH operates all year round our peak time runs between May & August so attendance during these times is essential.

Overview of the Job

The primary role is to manage the financial aspects associated with Groups of Students attending Stafford House Study Holidays, within an agreed timeframe, thereby improving company cash flow and minimising the risk of bad debt. The role owner must be visible to the company and act as the main point for the Educational Tours Operators, Group Leaders and Fee Payers ensuring prompt payment is made and posting these accurately onto the reservations system. The role owner will also be responsible for processing refunds and finance related enquiries and will support both the SHSH Director and Finance Manager in the execution of their duties.
