Family Home Health Services Hiring for Talent Operations Lead Job at Texas Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Partner closely with recruiting leadership to build and streamline scalable and efficient processes, identify and resolve operational roadblocks, and promote best practices for using our tools to track applicants ensuring data integrity and improve the candidate experience.
• Help identify recruiting solutions that make the hiring process more effective and efficient.
• Proactively manage our hiring tech stack and make recommendations to support continuous improvement from a usage and ROI perspective. Collaborate with HR and IT partners to ensure roadmap timelines, workflows and deliverables are aligned.
• Serve as a coach to the Talent team on operational best practices by creating training and resources for our recruiting team, new leaders, and interviewers as our operations evolve and scale.
• Partner in creating innovative approaches to acquiring talent by researching, implementing, and measuring the effectiveness of new programs, platforms, partnerships, and tools.
• Assist in the development and delivery of monthly recruiting dashboards per client group and weekly reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
• 3-5 years’ experience scoping and delivering operational solutions and programs within Talent organizations preferred; healthcare experience a plus.
• Knowledge of successful recruiting processes in high-growth environments and it’s likely that prior to shifting into operations, you may have been a recruiter or sourcer.
• Proven knowledge and ability building dashboards and reports within the ATS; iCIMS experience strongly preferred. Demonstrated proficiency creating processes and workflows that maintain data integrity.
• Project management enthusiast with advanced Excel skills, a savviness to learn more and the intellectual horsepower to figure it out.
• Proven ability to coordinate and manage projects in fast-paced, deadline-driven & interrupt-driven environment with conflicting priorities with high attention to detail, follow-up and follow-through skills.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills and able to build relationship and rapport quickly and deliver outstanding internal and external customer service.
• Competent problem solver with a vision and voice for continuous process improvement.
