The role
The role is responsible for month-end finance processes including journals, invoice processing, and the management of the bank reconciliation process.

What will I be doing?

• Coordinate the completion of month-end tasks including invoice processing
• Liaise with teams to prepare and process journals
• Establish excellent relationships with key stakeholders and effectively problem solve finance reconciliation issues with relevant teams
• Contribute to improve and automate finance business processes
• Completion of daily bank reconciliations for approval in a timely and accurate manner
• Contribute to bank reconciliation automation process with the Finance Analyst, BI consultants, and other key stakeholders
• Assist in setting up new customer payment channels if any in future

About You

• 
  Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Business (desirable but not essential)
• High level of skill, experience, and knowledge of the bank reconciliation process
• Ability to analyse information and implications of change to the bank reconciliation process
• Well organised, prioritise tasks with ability to meet deadlines
• Able to build relationships across the organisation
• Able to problem solve bank reconciliation issues
