The ideal candidate will be someone with a track record of working with engineering, product management and senior leaders to introduce and embed a world class product development and engineering culture and organization.

In addition to people management, you thrive in a fast-paced continuous delivery engineering environment; you understand the challenge of modern software development, importance of testing and quality and believe in measurement and taking action based on data – all while inspiring the team.
