Total Tools is looking for a Financial Manager, who has a real passion for tools & trades, to lead the finance function for one of our Joint-Venture Groups in NSW.

This position will suit a motivated and professional individual with strong attention to detail, with proven multi-faceted finance experience. You will lead financial operations in this joint-venture group, whilst working with and overseeing the team working in our back office. This is a rare, and exciting opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in a booming and expanding business.

What will you be doing?

• Leading the Back Office Team to ensuring it operates to all accounting standards and deadlines
• Performing routine book-keeping and accounting duties
• Managing the team to a cost target, by assigning and managing the duties of the team, recruiting, and onboarding new team and ensuring an agreed total headcount
• Providing financial reporting and decision support, by ensuring routine reporting for board and operational governance meetings
• Leading the process of annual store level budgets
• Ad-hoc analysis as requested
• Acting as the primary contact for the external accountancy firm, and other stakeholders as required
