As one of our Recruitment Advisors you will be responsible for overseeing a range of activities including supporting our recruitment days and provide best practice, guidance and advice to managers when applying our recruitment policies and procedures.

You will also be expected to be a recruitment directorate lead for divisions as well as supporting colleagues within the recruitment team and recruiting managers across the Trust.

Actively ensuring all vacancies are advertised on TRAC (To include adverts and job descriptions)

All candidates to be recruited to Trusts Service Level Agreement (SLA) timeframes

Ensuring compliance is always adhered to

Demonstrating efficiency and awareness of current recruitment legislation

Manage the pre-appointment checks, including IATs, DBS checks, Occupational Health clearance, and the issuing of contracts in line with the statutory timescales

Posting of adverts, monitoring, and downloading from NHS Jobs

Trouble shooting and providing advice on TRAC related issues

Running directorate/departmental reports through TRAC

Under the leadership of our Chair, Jacqui Smith and Matthew Trainer, our Chief Executive we provide care for the residents of three diverse London boroughs. More than half of our 7,500 strong workforce are from black, Asian and minority ethnic groups and most live in Barking and Dagenham, Havering and Redbridge. We also provide healthcare services to people in south west Essex, and specialist neurosciences services to the whole of the county.

Our services include all the major specialties of large acute hospitals, operating from two main sites – King George Hospital in Goodmayes and Queen’s Hospital in Romford. We also provide outpatient services at Brentwood Community Hospital, Barking Hospital, Loxford Polyclinic and Harold Wood Polyclinic.
