You will take the lead in delivering end-to-end recruitment solutions to the Retail operations and Business to Business sales teams.

You will drive proactive strategic recruitment of all retail store management and business sales vacancies. Engaging with the hiring leaders, you can demonstrate a high level of competence in providing a robust integrated service from hiring brief to candidate placement.

You will be joining a Talent Acquisition team who works hard but have a heap of fun! The team is a combination of in-house & agency recruiters who have backgrounds in Store Operations, Merch & Buying.

• Proven recruitment experience conducting end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding within Retail operations.
• An ability to foster strong partnerships with hiring managers promoting recruitment best practise is key.
• Confidence and capability in handling a varied portfolio of store and support roles from senior management to casual positions.
• A collaborative and supportive approach to building strategic partnerships
• Experience developing talent acquisition strategies complemented with well-honed sourcing techniques including database searches and effective business networking site usage.
