The Accounting Assistant / Bookkeeper is responsible for completing monthly reconciliation, accounts payable, entering in closing information from various projects. Other duties will include basic accounting functions and the use of Microsoft Suite products. Other tasks will be directed to this person by the CFO.

·Responds to all inquiries on a timely basis.

·Responsible for accounts receivable processes which has you interacting with our customers regularly by phone and email.

·Maintain current payment information for recurring payment customers. Process invoicing payments (CC/ACH). Monitor invoicing emails. Set up new customers in the system to invoice. Manage recurring monthly billings. Collection of accounts. Reconciling accounts as needed.

·Perform activities related to the accounts payable function including reviewing, coding, and processing payments.

·Collection of all lien waivers and other information required by banks for monthly approval of draws.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
