Are you a bookkeeper who is immediately available and looking for a full time fully remote role on a 6 months basis
A well-established client of ours is looking for a bookkeeper to support the business on a contract basis for 6 months.
The client has offices in Glasgow so they are happy for you to attend the office if you want but our client is happy with this being a fully remote role.
This role would suit an experienced Bookkeeper that is forward thinking and would play a key part in the team.
Key duties will include but not limit you to:
- Posting journals to the general ledger
- Input and review data.
- Review and maintain, purchase, sales and general ledgers.
- Post and review month-end journals.
- Liaise with other departments such as Payroll.
- Reconciliations
- Intercompany accounting
- Proficient in the use of XERO and MS Office packages including Excel & Word.
To be considered for the role you will need to have experience of working in a busy finance role for at least 3 years. You should be personable, a good communicator and be available immediately previous experience in using XERO is highly desirable
