Salary: £49,135

What you’ll be doing:

• Support people managers and the HR Managers to develop and deliver the people plan. Identifying risks and opportunities and developing solutions to complex challenges
• Business and relationship management skills to influence, facilitate and implement change
• Management of key stakeholders, and preparation of reports for stakeholder reviews (HR, Trade Union, Functional Leads)
• Generation of material in support of Trade Union and Employee representative engagement
• Review people related business data in order to provide insights, impact and solutions within the Business context and environment
• Manage/Lead/Contribute to broader E&I HR projects in support of delivering the HR plan and objectives
• Enable people manager capability uplift through facilitating/coaching and supporting the people manager through the delivery of initiatives

Your skills and experiences:

• Experience of working with multiple business and functional areas with strong organisational & planning skills, with a focus on delivery
• Ability to prioritise differing demands and work to tight deadlines; ability to generate insights from complex data to enable key decisions
• Understanding of and adaptability to the different cultures with the ability to work in a changing & challenging environment
• Ability to engage with a diverse group of stakeholders across the HR function and business/functions, at different levels
• CIPD Qualified

The Europe & International HR team:

As a HR Advisor you will work within the Europe & International HR team. You will provide HR support to a complex area, which has a significant impact upon the overall success of the Europe & International business.

You will be responsible for supporting the HR Managers and People Managers to operationalise, integrate and deliver the people plan.

This role will allow you to develop your Human Resources skills and experience. You will gain experience within the HR Function supporting the delivery of people initiatives including for example Organisation Design and Effectiveness, Talent Management, Resourcing and Employee Engagement.

You will build networks within the HR function across the operating model and within the businesses and functions, including gaining Employee Relations experience.
