At Crown Perth memorable experiences are created when we work together. We are currently seeking a proactive and dedicated individual to take on a 12 month contract as a Full Time Accounts Payable Officer within our Finance team. Reporting to the Accounts Payable Supervisor, you will be primarily responsible for the accurate input and maintenance of information into the PeopleSoft accounting system to provide accurate and timely payments to the organisations creditors.
You will also be required to conduct vendor account reconciliations and to ensure that all paper records are kept in order and to assist other team members to ensure that team goals are always achieved. You will be responsible for addressing and resolving financial queries from suppliers and employees.
Essential Criteria:
  • 1-2 years’ experience in a similar Accounts Payable role
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong numerical skills with a high level of accuracy
  • Previous experience in account reconciliation
Preferred Criteria:
  • Experience using Peoplesoft or ERP system
  • Diploma of Accounting or related studies
