Job Summary
The primary purpose of this role is to support Learning & Development (L&D) and the broader HR organization in the planning, coordinating, and the administration of learning into Learning Management Systems (LMS) and adhere to the defined content management strategy by following Lowe’s processes and procedures. This includes responsibility for assisting in the development, testing, and deployment of technology-supported learning and performance-support solutions that will result in improving business outcomes and increase workforce capability for the enterprise.
