The Sales Finance Team leads variable compensation and performance reporting for all business units across Zillow Group. We provide a strategic partnership with our business partners by developing and processing compensation plans that are motivating and align with company goals in driving growth. • Provide technical modeling and dashboard development in Anaplan to ensure compensation plans are optimally supporting sales business strategy and highlighting trends to drive executive leadership decision making

• Work closely with Sales, Sales Operations, Finance, HR teams to capture requirements and perform the development, implementation and maintenance of new sales compensation and reporting systems through cloud platforms

• Focus on improving standardization, automation, and scalability initiatives to generate a high-level of accuracy and efficiency in the data-gathering and calculating process

• Partner with internal business owners to build and maintain ETL pipelines and data driven systems through cloud tools/platforms like Salesforce, Anaplan, Tableau, Airflow

• Become deeply familiar with existing code and processes; conduct programming design, coding, and debugging

• Plan and implement all levels of testing and drive design documentation

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in any of the 50 US States, with limited exceptions. In certain cases, an employee in a remote-designated job may need to live in a specific region or time zone to support customers or clients as part of their role.

In Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada and New York City the standard base pay range for this role is $84,700.00 – $135,300.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada and New York City and may not be applicable to other locations.

In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.

Who you are

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Information Systems or related field preferred

• 2-3 years of work experience as a sales analyst or finance analyst, application or systems analyst, data engineer or application developer, or similar role at a mid-to-large sized technology or fast-growing company, preferably internet or media industry.

• Knowledge and experience with cloud-based platforms such as Anaplan or similar

• Advanced Excel skills and preferred experience in Tableau and SQL

• Experience building integration pipelines with Python/Airflow a plus, opportunity exists to learn on-the-job

• Familiarity with Linux OS a plus

• Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively to achieve business results
