The Staff Pad is looking for a Customer Program Manager for our client in Dallas, Texas. This role will involve day-to-day operational support to assist customers in using and managing our client’s products and software tools, via direct communication with multiple customer personnel and internal teams on a regular basis.
It will also involve the coordination, management and status reporting of various new projects and workstreams for continuous improvement of the products and software involved collaboration with internal and customer teams. In this role, you should be sales and support minded, highly organized, comfortable with technical subjects, with excellent customer interface and communication skills.
Primary Responsibilities
Coordinate, manage and provide status reports on various projects and workstreams.
Take ownership of customer relationships and establish personal rapport.
Learn and support the customer’s use of all features of our existing suite of wireless tracking and sensing products and support their day-to-day use of those products.
Train and onboard new customer resources in the use and maintenance of our products.
Design, develop and present weekly/monthly/quarterly program metrics and operational performance analytics.
Interact with customer personnel and systems on a daily basis to manage their use of our products and services.
Presenting volume product usage data using leading edge data visualization techniques.
Identify potentially valuable data sources that can augment and further enhance our solutions.
Propose solutions and strategies to business challenges.
Train and work with product and software testing resources.
Develop documentation, user guides, training guides and product support materials.
Interface with customers and 3rd parties that are using and/or integrating our products.
Maintain deep hands-on technical knowledge of our hardware and software products.
Engage in continuous learning to keep abreast of industry developments, architectures, designs and innovations to ensure we are at the leading edge of our industry.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the product and software development lifecycle.
Actively participate in project team and customer meetings as required
Actively participate in product and process improvement initiatives
Ensure cost optimization of our products and services
