About the role*
Based in Loganholme, the Talent Acquisition Advisor will work closely with HR Team to support the entire recruitment function and provide additional HR support. You will be responsible for providing a high level of service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role is a temporary position, with the view to becoming permanent for the right candidate.

The responsibilities for this role include, but aren’t limited too:

• Assisting in talent acquisition and recruitment processes for blue collar
• Creating advertisements and sourcing candidates
• Screening applicants, shortlisting, coordinating with project and hiring managers
• Organising mobilisation and coordinate onboarding
• General HR administration support

About you
This opportunity is ideal for someone who has a minimum of 2 years’ experience in recruitment, is immediately available, and is looking to further their experience in Talent Acquisition and HR with an industry leader.

To be considered for this role, you must demonstrate the following:

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a recruitment/talent acquisition role
• High-volume recruitment experience in a similar field
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
• Strong HRIS/Microsoft Office Suite experience is preferred
• High attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills
• Team player who is willing to provide support where required
