CAMAL Group Hiring for HR Strategy & Implementation (Internship) at London Full Time

1) Help HR Manager find partnerships (web research, criteria to be given)

2) Help HR Manager conduct initial interviews (Criteria given)

3) Help HR Manager to call potential HR partners (based on web research criteria)

4) Help with follow up emails to candidates/applications

5) Help in preparation/updates of Job descriptions

6) Help post job searches, partner searches

Looking for reliable with VA with good written and spoken English

Should be able to interact with people via calls

Should be interested in HR & People management

CRUCIAL: Should be able to independently make long-term planning for positions, recruiting, interviews, onboarding

Experience for above highly valued

This role will be to help us with our internship program. We have some collaboration with universities and various platforms.

The work is mainly:

1. Post ads/contact our partners

2. Review incoming CVs

3. Screen CVs based on our criteria

4. Conduct initial interview

5. Organize for manager to interview qualified candidates

6. Send contracts to selected candidates

7. Organize onboarding process with manager

8. Help with satisfaction surveys/exit survey

The internship program is 3 months and always ongoing, which means you need to help plan for the next program cycle hence long-term planning.

Part-time hours: 20 per week
