Leading change management programmes and restructures
Update policies and procedures
Provide strategic advice, guidance and support to the business on all people related matters
The Successful Applicant
CIPD L5 qualified
Proven track record operating at business partner level
Management experience
Strong stakeholder management skills
Project and change management experience
Able to work at a fast pace
Ideally from a Not for Profit or Education background
