About the Opportunity
As a Talent Acquisition Partner the part you play in finding the right, best people for ALH Group is hugely important. You will work with the business to educate hiring managers on recruitment best practice and partner with your stakeholders on employer branding initiatives. Your success will stem from your prior significant experience in the hospitality industry and your ability to build strong and lasting relationships both internally and externally.
We know that the difference between good and awesome hospitality is the calibre of the team, so you will be fanatical about making a quality hire for our teams. The applicant journey is crucial to converting candidates to members of our teams, and you will deliver this in an inspiring, exciting and time managed package.
