Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Business Analysts and to further develop the team
  • Project management; Manage, delegate and oversee whole projects, timelines and successful completion of project deliverable’s
  • Connect with stakeholders to understand business requirements and scope of project work
  • Collaborate with Odoo’s developers to execute specific customers’ business requirements, as well as working with sales team in pre & post-sales
  • Support the growth of our partner network to become Odoo experts
  • Develop designs or recommendations for future implementation enhancements and development

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • BA background in the software / applications / development
  • Team lead experience
  • Strong stakeholder management, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Technical knowledge of programming, database concepts and system design

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $8,000.00 per month
