A little about this position:

• Oversees daily operation of a Mammoth Mountain Ticket Office.
• Functions include Guest Services and Group Reservations, Daily Lift Tickets and Sports School Sales, Daily Reconciliation and Balancing, and assisting Cashiers in resolving guests’ issues.

NOTE: This is a Career SEASONAL position – the ideal candidate seeks an ongoing, winter work opportunity with our organization.

Requirements

• Minimum one-season full-time experience with ticket sales systems and procedures.
• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• Minimum two years of college education preferred.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong personal knowledge of company internal procedures, software, scheduling, and training systems, and a proven track record with the organization.
