A new role of Internal Recruiter has recently been created within this ever growing, forward thinking company. It is a varied and diverse position that will see the successful applicant working amongst a hardworking and welcoming team!

Responsibilities include:
Work with HR Director to produce an annual recruitment plan for the whole organisation

Responsible to ensure the agreed plan is communicated to finance and all affected departmental heads before implementation

Control of the ‘authorisation to recruit’ process and ensure correct authorisation is in place for all new hires prior to advertising

Maintenance of Job Description Library and any new positions are correctly scoped

Adopt and investigate creative advertising campaigns

Utilise a wide range of appropriate media to advertise vacancies and monitor effectiveness

Ensure hiring managers key criteria (skills / person specification) is documented and used as a selection matrix

Ensure an early response to all applications, including declined applications

Undertake 1st telephone interviews of shortlisted candidates and report back

Arrange face to face interviews for hiring manager and receive feedback

Provision and input on a monthly and quarterly basis of reporting to show recruitment status and progress on a proactive basis

Regularly review our internal referral schemes and make recommendation to improve

Build and develop strong commercial relationships

Drive down costs of fees, whilst balancing quality of applicants supplied

Location: Brighton/Crawley/Croydon/Southampton

Salary: £35,000 OTE £40,000

Hours: Either 9am – 5.30pm or 8.30am – 5pm Monday – Friday
