A Snapshot of Your Day

As Senior ITService Owner, you are responsible for managing the operations of a new HR CaseManagement solution, based on ServiceNow (HR modules), as part of therespective IT landscape. In addition, you will also assume partial or fullresponsibility as service owner for other applications of the global ITblueprint for HR. Moreover, the responsibilities of the role also includeparticipation in the implementation project for ServiceNow case management.

Managing new demands for your IT serviceswill be a regular task. This also includes the responsibility to ensure thatnew IT solutions will be compliant with overarching financial and architecturalguidelines. You support the IT Business Partner in shaping the IT budgettogether with the respective business to ensure a wholistic perspective.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• ServiceOwner for IT services relatedto the Case Management solutions in ServiceNow:
• Organizeand monitor service delivery from our providers: SaaS provider (ServiceNow),Application Management Service provider, etc
• Monitorservice levels, manage escalations
• Orchestratethe service management processes, for example change management, incidentmanagement, release management, stakeholder management
• Managenew demands and apply requirement engineering, consult the functionaldepartment on how to make use of the full potential of IT solutions for theirbusiness
• Procurement& contracting of IT assets and 3rd party services, organize RfIand RfP
• Budgeting& financial controlling, claim management
• Contributeto a workstream as part of the global implementation and roll-out project forthe HR Case Management solution in ServiceNow: Project time-/milestone planning, Stakeholder management, Pro-active,regular reporting on project status etc

What You Bring

• Profoundknowledge of ServiceNow or other applications for HR case & ordermanagement
• Goodknowledge of other components of an Employee Experience layer: chatbots,robotics automation, translation tools etc
• Verygood knowledge of case & order management functional processes, andemployee experience vision
• Multi-yearexperience in operating and managing mid- to large IT-services for businessapplications, ideally in global settings, and for cloud applications
• Multi-yearexperience with IT projects
• Ideallygood knowledge of IT compliance & IT assurance (ITGC)
• Intercultural& global exposure, communicate fluently in English (CIBA 4)
• Experiencecommunicating at all levels of management and managing conflict and change
• Experiencein Agile Methodology
