About the Role:

The Resourcer will support the Talent Acquisition Partner in managing direct recruitment campaigns for roles in our Tech disciplines, to most effectively fill vacancies.

This will involve promoting the employer brand in the marketplace, building networks and relationships with candidates both active and passive and setting up talent pools in order to deliver on key recruitment needs for the business. The successful Talent Acquisition Resourcer will also support on key project work from a process improvement and diversity & inclusion perspective.

What You’ll Bring:

Key Tasks

• Operate under a direct sourcing model and identify the best routes to market for each role are recruiting
• Sourcing direct applicants via various direct routes including social media, job boards and other relevant recruitment methods
• Think strategically on improving the quality of candidates we attract
• Managing and shortlisting applications for hiring managers
• Screen candidates applicable roles
• Building banks of candidates who may be suitable for future roles
• Embedding and ensuring recruitment SLA’s are adhered to
• Assisting with the management and maintenance of the recruitment portal – ensuring full utilisation of the technical capability, providing training to users as required

Skills Required

• Experience of resourcing candidates in the IT and Tech space, either from agency or internal recruitment.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions at a time, communicating timely and effective updates to stakeholders
• Ability to build sustainable relationships, influencing where required to encourage best practice throughout the recruitment process
• Passion for service excellence
• Deadline/target driven
• Continuously review processes; encourage improvements and identify risks where appropriate
• Be a brand ambassador, delivering a consistent message to internal stakeholders and candidates
