Location – This role is hybrid, with an expectation of visiting the Manchester office as and when required. Provided that works for you then you can be based anywhere.
About the role:
We’re looking for someone who is forward thinking and well organised that can take ownership of the administration and coordination of key talent acquisition activity and deliver an awesome candidate experience for those considering a career with cinch. The business is scaling fast, especially in our Product and Software Engineering space and these are the people you’ll spend most of your time with. You will gain exposure to the workings of a modern, agile talent acquisition function that Is delivering on a key piece of work that will hugely contribute to the business’s success.
Working in collaboration with our hiring community, wider Talent Acquisition and People teams, you will assist in delivering our approach to attracting and hiring diverse talent into cinch.
