The Canada Acceleration Centre (CAC) services all Canadian time zones, therefore business hours will vary and overtime is required

This is a remote position, requiring the ability to work virtually. #LI-Remote

This role doesn’t support completion of the Canadian CPA designation

This role requires the candidate to be fluent in French and English

Purpose-led work you’ll be part of

As an Administrative Specialist, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Initiate and create client records

Assemble client provided information

Reach out to practice staff as required

Send electronic copies of finalized tax returns to clients

File Canadian and Corporate Tax returns

Scanning, mailing and couriering documents to clients and tax authorities

Experiences and skills you’ll use to solve

A strong grasp of technology, including MS office and Google Suite of products

Prior office administration, data entry and/or customer service experience an asset

Committed to providing high quality work and maintaining timelines

Effective written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate and manage expectations with clients

Ability to work effectively under pressure without compromising professional standards or quality of work

Fluent in French and English would be an asset

A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences and working alongside diverse people and perspectives
