We are looking for a Head Coach with a passion for education, coaching & training young people, enthusiasm for a high-pressure fast-paced environment, and a strong desire to succeed and grow.

You will be responsible for building an awesome community with our students, parents, mentors, and core team.

You will be in charge of recruiting several full time or fractional coaches & build the curricula & program for a vocational training program for teenagers.

Your personality and your traits matter as much as your customer care or education expertise.

You’ll leave your mark and get to

• Help students with their questions about university admission and supervise them on their journey to university
• Work alongside founders, partners, and teammates to implement the customer journey
• Own the customer satisfaction score
• Develop our online community
• Work on content creation and customer assets
• Organize events for parents and students
• Onboard new customers in their educational experience
• Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape, and education trends
• Gather feedback on how we can improve our product

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £36,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
