LOCATION: LONDON / VIETNAM / TAIWAN / INDIA

Responsibilities

  • End to end TA efforts from sourcing to onboarding of the candidate
  • Work with the hiring managers across the Company to define the requirements for specific roles
  • Provide support to the HR Lead, Asia to roll out initiatives and review of policies for the Organization

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources with a focus on recruiting, preferably with some exposure to the fintech/crypto industries
  • Good communication skills with knowledge of different recruitment tools and platforms
