At Ecolab, our Talent Acquisition team creates and drives strategies to source, attract, select, and secure industry leading talent for our rapidly growing Fortune 500 organization. We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead these efforts within our Talent Acquisition team supporting our North America Sales organization. This position will lead a team of recruiters, while also being responsible for managing some complex or confidential requisitions. The position will report to the Director of Talent Acquisition.
What You Will Do:
- Mentor, coach, and guide a team of external recruiters focused on recruiting strong talent in the external marketplace.
- Establish a deep understanding of Ecolab, our core businesses, and the North America Sales organization
- Partner closely with Internal TA Talent team.
- Become a trusted partner and expert adviser to business and HR leaders.
- Provide expert advice on effective sourcing strategies to a team focused on building active and passive leads across all levels of Sales profiles.
- Create strategies and oversee the execution of tactics to source and secure high-quality talent.
- Lead by example through following, setting and sharing sourcing best practices.
- Deliver high-quality recruiting results based on established metrics.
- Identify trends and leverage knowledge, data and competitive intelligence to develop sourcing strategies.
- Leverage technology, tools, and internal and external best practices to optimize processes and performance.
- Create a culture of creativity and accountability within the talent acquisition team to enhance relationships with hiring managers by providing consultative advice and delivering quality results.
- Create, analyze and present reporting against critical talent acquisition metrics to enable informed and effective planning and decision making within the business.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 7+ years of recruiting/sourcing experience and/or human resources experience
- Minimum 2+ years full lifecycle recruitment experience
- No immigration sponsorship available for this position
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or Master’s degree in HRIR or a related field
- 2+ years of leadership experience
- Demonstrated knowledge with various sourcing strategies
- Experience collaborating with business leaders and cross functional partners
- Experience translating data and analysis into strategic recruitment processes and recommendations
- Strong partnership skills with the ability to influence candidates, leadership and hiring managers
- Knowledgeable in employment law and hiring practices, including OFCCP requirements
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build productive relationships
- Ability to provide accurate and actionable feedback and coaching to hiring managers
- Proactive, innovative and problem-solving skills
- Collaborative team player
