Exciting Opportunity to Work from Home with Effly Cleaning Agency based in Melbourne.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Recruiter to join our successful team. This is an extremely exciting role where you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment of various cleaners positions to support the customers.

The role will suit someone with a can-do attitude who is self-motivated and is passionate about the service industry and wants to make a difference. work openly and collaboratively, retaining the agility to bring out the strengths and build the skills of each of our team members.

Responsibilities :

• End-to-end recruitment of various cleaning positions including Bond cleaners, Commercial Cleaners, Carpet operators, and domestic cleaners.
• Writing and posting advertisements to various platforms
• Managing the shortlisting process, including sourcing, phone screening, and conducting candidates’ interviews
• Effective utilization of social media and other marketing platforms within set budgets
• Establish sound relationships with internal team members to identify recruitment needs
• Managing and updating an accurate internal database
• Manage communication between applicants, hiring managers, and panel members
• Build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Coordinating the recruitment process including job advertisements, interviews, reference checks, etc;
• Coordinating the HR onboarding process for new hires;

Essential Criteria:

• Previous experience in a Recruiter position Ideally, someone with junior-level HR and/or recruitment experience, but not essential–we will train the person who has the right temperament and aptitude experience with Cleaning recruitment is a strong advantage
• Strong attention to detail with 100% accuracy
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks.
• Driven, passionate, and career-focused with a professional attitude
• A ‘can-do approach to ad hoc requests
• High level of written and verbal communication skills,
• Knowledge and experience using the Microsoft Office suite.
