Your New Role
This role will work closely with multiple stakeholders by being the crucial financial link in managing a portfolio of various size projects at one time. The role is seeking someone who can drive governance and provide great financial and business insights at a granular level using skills and tools at their disposal.

The core tasks aligned to this position will include, but not limited too:

• Support multiple projects with cost control, planning, forecasting, report production, cash flow maintenance & change management in a timely fashion and in accordance with relevant standards and contractual requirements.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders which include Project Managers, the wider Leadership team and finance team
• Understand the project lifecycle on key projects and ensure stakeholders are abiding by your framework
• Develop and maintain the overall forecasting for projects
• Perform and improve end-of-month project accounting procedures, and related analysis & reporting.

About you

• You will preferably be a CPA/CA/CIMA qualified professional but if not you are strongly encouraged to still apply
• Must have experience in a Construction/Project based/Contracts related environment
• Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role
• Has strong business partnering and relationship building skills with excellent written and verbal communication
• Experience with an array of ERP system / Experience with BI tools
• Expert on MS Excel
• Role will require some travel / own vehicle is preferred
