This position will be based in our Mentor, OH offices.

Job Summary: Managing entry level open positions and providing support to the Talent Acquisition & Talent Operations Teams in the areas of Employee Onboarding, Candidate Sourcing, Employee Record Keeping and Talent Operations.

Responsibilities:

New Hire Onboarding

• Partner with Recruiter to ensure background check, drug screen, physical, references and electronic forms are completed for all new employees
• Complete reference checks for all new employees quickly and accurately
• Utilize third-party vendors for processing and reporting
• Advise Recruiter of any results that are non-complaint with our Pre-Employment policy
• Ensure all new employee documents are saved appropriately
• Monitor onboarding throughout the day and update ATS accurately
• Provide daily & bi-weekly onboarding reporting updates throughout the onboarding process
• Issue final onboarding results for approval

Recruiting

• Full cycle recruiting for any entry-level openings for the business.

Talent Operations Support

• Assist with requested operations data, analyzing and reporting
• Prepare workspaces for new employees
• Conduct office introductions and welcome tour
• Clean out desk/work area after employee separation
• Create name plates for new employees, remove old ones

Candidate Sourcing

• Ensure open jobs in ATS are posted accurately on all external platforms
• Provide sourcing support
• Update trackers

Ad hoc tasks/projects

• Research projects
• Ad hoc reports
• Any other tasks as directed by manager or a supervisor

Qualifications:

Skills

• Self-motivated problem solver with a desire to contribute to the organization’s reputation and success
• Strong computer skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must have strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency with MS Office, specifically experience and knowledge with MS Excel and PowerPoint preferred
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Ability to communicate effectively and frequently with both internal and external customers
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality

Education, experience, certifications

• High School Diploma
• 1 – 2 years of relevant experience
• Prior experience in a Recruiting or HR Coordinator role preferred

Physical and mental demands

• Ability to lift 25lbs

Working Conditions

• Prolonged hours in front of computer
