Finance Administrator

FULL-TIME – CROWN MELBOURNE

Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, this role is responsible for managing the functions of the Level 6 Corporate Reception area. This includes welcoming guests, announcing their arrival to the relevant person, and ensuring that all security procedures are met in the issuance of visitor passes. This role is also responsible for coordinating Level 6 meeting room bookings and maintaining the meeting rooms to the expected standard. This role is also responsible for assisting with corporate travel arrangements with business stakeholders and vendor, as well as assisting Accounts Payable with data entry of invoices as required.

Some responsibilities of the role will include, but are not limited to:

• Provide administrative support to the Corporate, Customer Service and Finance Department as requested.
• Prepare standard correspondence and undertake administrative tasks and projects as required.
• Assist with corporate travel arrangements with business stakeholders and vendors as required.
• Ensure appropriate internal controls are maintained and enhanced with respect to the Accounts Payable department.
• Ensure appropriate relationships are maintained with suppliers and service levels maintained.
• Maintain a strong relationship with all key internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate meeting room bookings using Outlook and ensure that the rooms are set up correctly with the appropriate equipment.
• Set up and clear meeting rooms ensuring adequate level of supplies and crockery. Ensure stock level of supplies, including tea & coffee are adequate.

• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong customer service focus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective time management skills.
• Interest in Finance
