We are looking for a talented Line Operator to join our team for our location in Mississauga, ON.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Oversees all operation of line, including quality checks

Responsible for keeping accurate records and updating required documents

Manufacturing Knowledge – Demonstrates the knowledge of manufacturing by correctly implementing changes in current processes, equipment, and applications to meet the function’s needs and contribute towards continuous improvement.

Health and Safety Fundamentals – Champions and models proactive health and safety behaviors by identifying, reporting, and participating in actions to improve health and safety in order to build an interdependent culture and contribute to an injury-free workplace.

Teamwork – Communicates effectively with the assigned team and with all support teams.

Works with peers, skilled trades, and support staff to maintain and identify equipment needing repair.

Remains flexible and performs other miscellaneous duties, as required, to meet production goals.

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

• Must have at least 1-2 years of technical and mechanical experience
• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent
• Able to pass Preemployment screening
• Roller and printer experience a plus

Compensation and Benefits
