£25,531 – £29,427 per annum plus benefits

The Education Workforce Council (EWC) is the independent, professional regulator for the education workforce in Wales.

As part of the Finance team, the Finance Officer will provide executive and administrative financial support to the organisation, including in the areas of professional development funding and general accounting matters.

The successful candidate will be highly numerate with experience of processing daily fee receipts and monthly reconciliations. They will be highly skilled in the use of Microsoft Office applications and computerised accounting systems, databases and reporting software and will have a highly methodical and structured approach to work. Welsh language skills are desirable but not essential to the post.
