Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Creating and posting job descriptions to relevant job boards
• Source candidate utilising social media and local group ATS systems.
• Review CV’s and conduct phone screening to determine qualifications against a role description.
• Schedule interview’s with the hiring manager’s and ensure a positive candidate experience
• Complete all the relavent checks with candidates who meet expectations of the job, including right to work.
• Provide admin support to TA executive
• Organise, compile and update company recruitment records, marketing materials and documentation.
• Manage and update the ATS database with different information
• Prepare manage and store paperwork for HR policies and procedures, including new starter information, Right to Work Checks and manaintaining key recruitment data.
• Maintain schedule and coordinate calendar activities
• Assist Talent Acquisitions Executives in posting job ads on ATS and career pages
