Type: TEMPORARY ASSIGNMENT – 3 to 6 months

Experience: At least 2 years of headhunting/sourcing for talent

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent

Pay: Up to $25/hr, based on experience

Clark Personnel is seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to join our growing and dynamic team!

Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Sourcer, you will be expected to:

• Supporting Talent Partners with the following:
• Creating requisitions in the Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Reviewing and betting candidates
• Conducting phone interviews and pre-screens
• Pass candidates to recruiter for further review
• Scheduling testing and/or interviews
• Source/headhunt to identify talent

Position Requirements

• Can work independently and take initiative
• Doesn’t have to be told what to do all the time
• Has high follow-up and customer service skills
• Go-getter attitude and energy
• Manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
